Contract Terms

Please review carefully, thank you!

​

  • 50% Non-refundable deposit required to save the date. This will be applied towards your package.  

  • 50% Deposit is transferable to another date, only if that date is available.

  • Remaining 50% non-refundable will be due 2 week prior to the event date.

  • In the case that Heavenly Sweet Impressions fails to fulfill the agreement, the client will receive a 100% refund for all payments that have been made. 

  • Depending on inventory, dessert shot glass design may vary but the dessert content and amount will remain the same. 

  • In the event that a certain dessert item could not be fulfilled on the day of the event due to any occurrences, Heavenly Sweet Impressions has the right to switch out the specific dessert to a different dessert. 

  • All trays, decorations, signs, candles, risers, signages, vases, tongs, frames and silk floral arrangements are rentals only. They will be charged and deducted from the security deposit if missing at pickup. Please let your coordinator know about this. We do not want to deduct any security deposit from you.

  • ***If your security deposit is not enough to cover the cost of all the missing and damaged items at the event clean up, you will be billed for the remaining balance after the Wedding***

  • We are not responsible for any food spoilage due to extreme weather if your event is outdoor. 

  • Your event date is not saved and not guaranteed until we have received payment. If we have not received payment, your quoted date is still open for another client to book. 

  • Any special request may have an additional add-on fee. Rates vary. 

  • **We only do set up for our desserts, no trays will be provided for additional outside desserts/food/candies/drinks. We are not responsible for any items added to our table once the setup is completed, no exception!"​

  • All items requested may not be available at your event if it has been missing and damaged at a different event site prior to your event. It may/will be replaced with a similar item. 


CANCELLATIONS: 

Please be aware that once payment is received, and your event date is scheduled, all other clients have been refused your specific rentals and services for your event date, and thus all payments are non-refundable. A credit in the amount of payment made will remain on file if the event is postponed.

***If your event is within 14 days, we must receive the payment in full ASAP. If we do not receive your payment in a timely manner as requested, we have the right to refuse your booking within 14 days of your event.


PHOTOGRAPHY RELEASE: 

By signing this agreement, you give Heavenly Sweet Impressions permission to use the photos that we take at your event on our website and advertisements, materials, etc., with the understanding that you will not profit from them in any way. 


NON-PAYMENT/BREACH OF CONTRACT: 

No services contained in this contract will be rendered, delivered, or available if agreement is not signed and any balances not paid in full prior to your event. 

  • All payments must be paid in full two weeks prior to the event date. No exceptions! 

  • If payments are not received by the due date, and the check becomes invalid, or we are unable to collect the funds, your non-payment will be considered a breach of contract. 

  • You will be responsible for any  bounced check fee.


We understand that some things happen which are out of your control, and we will work with you if you experience difficulty. It is possible to modify your contract but it must be approved by Heavenly Sweet Impressions.

By submitting payment, you are answering yes to having read all the terms and agreements and your payment is agreeing to all of Heavenly Sweet Impressions terms. This contract is binding upon payment being rendered.
